About the Project Office
The Project Office is a structural unit of Lviv Polytechnic National University that provides consulting, educational and managerial activities. Our goal is to boost the project activities of academic staff, PhD students, doctoral students and University employees.
We provide the tools and information needed to write a successful project proposal, as well as support from qualified specialists. You will benefit from our guidance through consultations, advice and practical recommendations.

- Coordination of university consulting and grant activities (including Horizon Europe)
- Oversight of document preparation and registration for won projects
- University representation in external networks and consortia
- Development of digital infrastructure and project management tools
- Communication and promotion of Project Office activities

- Erasmus+ Coordinator (Key Action 2)
- Ukrainian socio-cultural competitions and programs (UCF)
- Information support for project documentation
- Consultations on MTA project registration with CMU and MES
- Organization and delivery of trainings on international project preparation
- Methodological support on grant writing and project management
- Monitoring of international project implementation and preparation of analytical/statistical reports

- Document verification for international project payments
- Consultations on budget formation for international projects
- Budget documentation development and funds monitoring

- Sustainable development programs (New European Bauhaus, Creative Europe, LIFE, ERDF)
- Monitoring grant opportunities in sustainable development and infrastructure
- Reporting support and communication with partners within project implementation
- Verification and coordination of project documentation

- Verification of grant applications according to competition and program requirements

Our Mission
The Project Office is a structural unit of Lviv Polytechnic National University that provides consulting, educational and organizational support aimed at improving the quality of project proposals and implementing the University's project initiatives.
The main goal of the Project Office is to boost the project activities of academic and research staff, PhD students, doctoral students, University employees and other project participants to strengthen the University's presence in international rankings.
We work with programs such as Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, DAAD, Fulbright, USAID, COST Actions and many other national and international funds.
