About the Project Office
The Project Office is a structural unit of Lviv Polytechnic National University that provides consulting, educational and managerial activities. Our goal is to boost the project activities of academic staff, PhD students, doctoral students and University employees.
We provide the tools and information needed to write a successful project proposal, as well as support from qualified specialists. You will benefit from our guidance through consultations, advice and practical recommendations.

The Project Office provides comprehensive support at all stages of the project cycle – from finding grant opportunities to managing implemented projects. All services are free for Lviv Polytechnic employees.
Assistance in choosing a grant program or competition
We analyze your research interests and help find the most suitable grant program – Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, national funds or private initiatives. Individual selection increases your chances of success.
Assistance in developing a business plan and project finances
Budget preparation, cost justification, co-financing calculation – we will help prepare the financial part that meets donor and auditor requirements.
Consultancy support for project preparation
From idea formulation to final submission – our experts accompany each stage of proposal preparation, ensuring compliance with all evaluation criteria.
Partner search (HEIs, NGOs and businesses) for projects
We have an extensive network of contacts among European and Ukrainian universities, research centers, NGOs and businesses for building strong consortia.
Proofreading and quality check of submitted applications
Professional proofreading of English and Ukrainian texts, checking logical structure, consistency of terms and compliance with formal competition requirements.
Assistance in formatting the application per competition rules
